All of our searches have a launch fee to start the process (ranging between $350-$500 depending on the job) and a one-time placement fee based on your search level.

Placement Fee
Full Time Nanny
We charge a one-time placement fee of 8% of the nanny’s annual gross salary
Part Time Nanny
We charge a one-time placement fee of 12% of the nanny’s annual gross salary
Household Managers
We charge a one-time fee of 10% of the household manager’s annual gross salary
Newborn care specialist
We charge a one-time fee of 15% of the newborn care specialist’s estimated gross salary
ROTA nannies
We charge a one-time fee of 15% of the nanny’s annual gross salary
